The week

Write Tribe

Saturday : ” Oh God! Saturday must be a holiday. There should a universal law passed making Saturday holiday for everyone or just give me one more Friday!”

Sunday : ” OMG, so much to do.. I have to do that, finish this, start that, call him, mail her, ………”

Monday : “There should be more than 24 hours in a day.”

Tuesday : “Hmm.. I can smell Thursday round the corner. 2 more days of hectic work and then its a break…” 🙂

Wednesday : “Wow, its already Wednesday.. tomorrow is Thursday. I can go home in the afternoon and sleep… La..la..la” 🙂 🙂

Thursday : “OMG. Its weekend already! I have to finish all the work by afternoon or else it would be pushed to next week. To finish a full day’s work in half a day is so hectic.. ” 😦

Friday : ” Oye.. it’s Friday…”  🙂 🙂 🙂

Blinks eye “OMG , Friday is over.. so fast.. oh no.. oh please make Saturday also Friday..”

These are my moods on each day of the week 🙂 What about you ?

PS : Thursday is half working day and Friday is off for me and Raj.

I am taking part in The Write Tribe Festival of Words 1st-7th September 2013.

  1. Interesting week. But who is taking care of your cute son Babs? Just curious. Since you have half a day off on Thursday and whole Friday off, I know you guys don’t live in India or in USA. I live in USA and spent 4 years in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

  2. I can relate to this!! We wait so keenly for the weekend and it flies off so soon!! There was an interesting post on various options for the weeks we could have on C Suresh’s blog! 🙂

    • I have read Suresh’s post, 14 weeks with 2 days was everyone’s favorite there 🙂
Actually I feel even week days flies soon here in Dubai ! Especially 2013 was very very fast 🙂

  3. Yes the universal Monday blues 🙂 I feel am most happy on Wednesdays, anticipating the much needed break, Thursdays are hectic – having to do Friday’s job too on Thursday and the much awaited Friday most often ends up tiring and boring with weekend cleaning activities and sleeping 🙂

  4. Luckily Saturday and Sunday are weekend days in NZ. All workers here get 2 days off in the week. I don’t know how I would cope without 2 days off. Loved your post though – cute.

And Thank you for allowing me to walk in your Sandals/Shoes :)
